Not impressive on first whiff or sip, but this one grew on me as I sipped it. Overall very subtle, but the sweet desserts won me over.

Lemon flan and crème brûlée. Vance picks up a sweet cherry or strawberry, settling closer to a cherry. Lots of sweetness.

Lemon meringue pie. Evokes a memory of traveling the western coast of Ireland (maybe in Dingle?) and stopping at a lovely little pastry shop for a piece of lemon meringue pie. That memory is now what was in my glass and I'll have another please and thank you!

Whisky perfection. This is truly special and one of our favorite drams of all time.

Nearly perfect. A must-try if you can find it and have the means to get it.

This is great. There's a lot to love here and we'd recommend seeking it out for yourself.

Everyday stuff. It's definitely good, but not quite great. Well worth having on your shelf.

It's fine. We wouldn't seek it out, but if offered a dram we wouldn't turn it down.

Meh. It's not to our liking, but we could see how others might enjoy it.

It's bad. There's maybe one "ok" quality to it, but not enough to offset everything else.

Undrinkable. Something went very wrong here. Pass us the Malort instead.
