Incense cedar and sweet on the nose. Hot and peppery on the first sips then more raisin till moving to a wet grains on a malting floor flavor.
Adding a touch of water opens the flavors up quite a bit if not the nose. With 2-3 drops the flavor goes much sweeter with burnt sugars, citrus and a hint of dry cocoa. A good experience with my favorite part being the deeply wet-grain finish.
