I've fallen in love with the intricate dance of flavors and scents in whisky, from the delightfully pleasant to the unconventional, musty, or fetid. There is joy in each bottle.
Beyond the world of spirits, I stay grounded in enjoyment of the Pacific Northwest, sometimes tinkering with electronics or engrossed in video or board games.
Adventure is afoot; rum cask finishes can smell like a foot, and that is not a terrible thing.
