It all started with some peat...

My intro to whisky came via some of the classic Islay Scotches: Lagavulin and Ardbeg. I quickly fell for the peat and haven't looked back. But it's not all smoked earth for me. I'm here for the delicately balanced, the sherry bombs, and the experimental cask finishes too.
